If you're new to StablePay, this guide will walk you through creating your account, adding funds, sending money to friends or family, using the Earn feature and withdrawing your USDT.

1. Download StablePay from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Tap “Sign Up” to begin.

3. Enter a valid email address and phone number; StablePay verifies both to keep your account secure.

4. Once verified, your StablePay account is ready to send and receive USDT.

Tip: Before you do anything else, turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) under Account > Two-Factor Authentication. Select a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint) for the strongest protection, or a 6-digit passcode as a backup.

To get started, you will need to add funds to your account via a transfer or a deposit

From another StablePay user: Share your @Stablename, username, or QR code to receive USDT directly. You can also go to the Request tab to send a request or generate a payment link.

From an external wallet: Transfer USDT from another crypto wallet or exchange into StablePay. These deposits depend on blockchain confirmation times, so they may take a little longer during periods of high network activity.

Incoming funds automatically appear in your wallet, and you'll receive a confirmation notification the moment they arrive.

Once you have a balance, sending money is just a few taps:

1. Tap “Pay” on your home screen.

2. Enter the amount and add an optional note.

3. Search for your recipient by name, email, @Stablename, or phone number, or, when in person, you can scan their QR code.

4. Double-check the details, then confirm.

5. The transfer process is instant, and both you and the recipient receive a notification.

Sending money between StablePay users is completely free. If you're sending to an external wallet, a small network fee applies based on blockchain conditions and is always shown clearly before you confirm.

Need to request money? Use the Request button, enter an amount and note, and the recipient can pay you with one tap. Unpaid requests expire automatically after 48 hours.

Put your idle USDT to work directly through StablePay

1. Tap “Earn” on your home screen to browse available vaults.

2. Select a vault, then tap “Deposit & Earn”.

3. Enter your deposit amount and tap “Continue”.

4. Review the details, then confirm the deposit.

5. The transfer process is instant, with your earnings displayed on the summary page.

When you're ready to move your USDT from StablePay to an exchange or another crypto wallet, the process is also simple and straightforward. 

1. Tap "Account" in the top-right corner and navigate to "Withdraw Funds"

2. Select your desired chain and token

3. Enter the destination address and withdrawal amount

4. Verify all details carefully before proceeding. 

5. Confirm the transfer. A standard network fee applies, and the amount is shown upfront.

6. Track its progress in your Activity tab while it processes on the blockchain. Withdrawal times and fees depend on the destination and token.

Stuck transfer? Refresh the app first. If a StablePay-to-StablePay transfer remains pending after 5 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.

Missing funds? Check your transaction history. For external transfers, verify your transaction hash on a block explorer.

Suspicious message? StablePay will never ask for your password or 2FA code. Report any unusual activity to support@stablepay.to.
