July marked the global launch of StablePay, the everyday app for global USDT payments.
StablePay is now live on iOS and Android across more than 160+ countries, bringing everyday USDT payments, requests, withdrawals, and StableEarn into a single-app experience.
With StablePay, you can:
Send and receive USDT instantly, 24/7.
Send USDT to other StablePay users at no cost.
Pay using a StableName, email address, phone number, or QR code.
Request payments through a link or QR code.
Add funds from a crypto wallet, exchange, or supported fiat payment method.
Withdraw USDT to external wallets and exchanges.
Access StableEarn directly within the app.
Explore the StablePay guide here.
StablePay is designed to remove the complexity commonly associated with stablecoin payments. Users do not need to manage long wallet addresses, separate gas tokens, or multiple applications to move and manage their USDT.
Whether splitting a bill, sending money home, paying someone abroad, or receiving a global payment, StablePay makes moving USDT as simple as sending a message.
We also published a complete StablePay guide covering account creation, funding, payments, requests, Earn, security, and withdrawals.

StableEarn continued to expand throughout July, making it easier for users to put idle USDT to work without leaving the Stable ecosystem.
With the launch of StablePay, users can now access StableEarn directly within the app.
Users can deposit USDT into available vaults, track their positions, and withdraw funds through the same interface they use for everyday payments.
Explore StableEarn.
In July, we released two new Stable Build editions to continue exploring how developers can build on Stable's payment, settlement and yield infrastructure into production-ready financial applications. The two editions explored:
Stable Build #2: Build a Neobank explored how to create the core components of a stablecoin neobank using the Stable SDK. The guide covered account management, bridging USDT onto StableChain, instant transfers, token swaps, StableEarn deposits, withdrawals, and balance tracking through a unified developer interface. Together, these components provide a simpler foundation for wallets, payroll platforms, savings products, card programs, and consumer financial applications. Read the full guide here.
Stable Build #3: A Programmable Stablecoin Treasury for USDT Payouts showed how businesses can build a treasury system that executes payments only when they meet predefined rules. The guide covered approved recipients, invoice verification, payout limits, multi-party approvals, daily spending controls, and transaction signing through Portal's MPC wallet infrastructure, providing a practical framework for automating secure and policy-controlled USDT payouts. Read the full guide here.
Throughout July, Stable continued to expand access to StableChain while strengthening the infrastructure available to users, traders, developers, and institutions.
